CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM
East Hanover & Roseland
children are eligible to attend the
Morristown Child Health
Conferences conducted every month at the Health Center on
200 South Street. The cost per visit is $70.00 and includes any
needed vaccinations, height and weight measurement and
counseling on child care. Low-Income Families are eligible
to attend the program for free. To register or request

PRESCHOOL VISION HEARING
AND BLOOD LEAD SCREENING
A free vision
and hearing screening for preschool age children is
available in May at the East Hanover Township Health
Department Office. A free blood lead screening is also
available. For information on dates and registration ,

FLU & PNEUMONIA
VACCINATION CLINIC:
Flu
and Pneumonia vaccination clinics are conducted each
fall.
Advance registration is required 973-403-6020.
The fee for residents 65 years and older with
Medicare Part B only is free
all other residents will be charged $20.00. A receipt will be provided to
you for possible reimbursement from your own
provider.
It is the residents responsibility to submit for
his/her own reimbursement. Please make checks
payable to:
Township of East Hanover.
Same rates apply for residents requesting a
Pneumonia Vaccine.
