The Construction Bureau serves the citizens of Roseland by enforcing
the Uniform Construction Code of the State of New Jersey. The Construction
Bureau is comprised of four Sub departments: Building, Electrical, Plumbing,
and Fire, which help to enforce the adopted codes. Permits are required for
most projects. Reviews with contractors by appointment only.
