Alcoholic Beverage -- multi-page application from a division of the Alcoholic Beverage Control.  Must obtain copy at Roseland Borough Hall.  (Future link will be provided if form becomes available on line.  

Raffle -- The conducting of raffles is regulated by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission under NJ State Statute .  Copies of  the multi-part application prepared by the Gaming Control Commission may be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk in Roseland Borough Hall.  Complete applications must be submitted (7) days prior to a Borough Caucus Meeting.
