Planning Board -- The function of the planning board is basically to oversee the "official map" of the borough.  They review capital improvement projects and coordinate the "Master Plan" for the town.
Property Maintenance -- This division is responsible for enforcing the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code to protect the general health, safety, and welfare of the public.
Zoning -- The Zoning division is responsible for enforcing any Land Development Ordinances and investigating any suspected violations of such laws.
