CHRISTMAS TREE PICKUP
- Trees will be picked up by Public
Works on __TBA_____2006-7 season.
Trees must be at the curb by 7:00am and must be free of all decorations.
They cannot be wrapped in wire, twine, or in plastic bags. After the
scheduled tree pick up date residents must call Public works at
973 226 6565 for an appointment to have their trees picked up on
Branch collection day Jan 31st.
New Jersey Recycling Laws do not allow
Christmas trees to be disposed of through regular refuse collection.
Public Works will chip the trees and recycle the material. Call for seasonal
schedule.
CONSTRUCTION
MATERIALS. Call Suburban Disposal, Inc. at
1-800-339-1757 or 973-675-5451 or any solid waste contractor to make private
arrangements for disposal of construction materials generated from
renovations.
