You are eligible to vote in New Jersey and Federal elections
if you are: A United States citizen, 18 years old by the next election and
resident of your home county for 30 days before the election.

Roseland has several district polling places:

District 1 & 4 -- Borough Hall , 19 Harrison Avenue

District 2 -- First Aid Squad, Behind the Firehouse 300 Eagle Rock Avenue

District 5 -- Public Library - Roseland Avenue

District 3 & 6 -- Lester C. Noecker Elementary School, Passaic Avenue
Call the Borough Clerk if you need more information regarding your voting
district. Note: You are not eligible to register or vote if you are on parole
or probation, or if you are serving a prison sentence for violating State
or Federal law.
A voter may apply for an absentee ballot by completing an Absentee
Ballot Application and mailing it to the County Clerk by mail up to
7 days prior to the election. A voter may also apply in person to the County
Clerk until 3:00 PM the day before the election. FAXED COPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Absentee ballot Applications are also available in the Municipal Clerks
Office.
Your polling place will be designated on your sample ballot, which if you
are registered to vote in this election, should be received by you approximately
5 days before the election.
You may register to vote at the Municipal Clerks Office Monday thru
Friday, 8:30 am 4:30 pm.

or give it to the Borough Clerk. Forms must be received 21 days prior to
the next election to be able to vote in that election.
