Garage Sales are regulated by Ordinance
#16-77. Such sales must be conducted by the
occupant of the premises at which the sale is held. Garage
sale hours are limited in time to 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
A permit must be obtained 7 days prior
to the day of the sale and residents are limited to two (2) such permits per year.
The permit authorizes a sale for three (3) days or two (2)
weekends. Permits are issued at Borough Hall. A processing fee of five $5.00 dollars is required.
