Schedule an Appointment:

Allow 48-hours advance notice to request an appointment with an Inspector. Reviews with Contractors are by appointment only. Applications will be accepted daily 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Two (2) sets of plans for commercial and three (3) sets of signed and sealed drawings are required for a residential submittal. Final Inspections:

It has come to the attention of this office that many permits are completed, but no FINAL INSPECTION has been called for. FINAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL PERMITS. This is to advise you that pursuant to New Jersey State Law 13:45A-16.2, Final Inspections are required before final payment is made to the contractor. In some instance, inspections fail after payment has been made to the contractor. The homeowner is then forced to take legal action against the contractor. If the homeowner had followed the State Law, these problems might have been prevented.
