Borough Donations & Sponsorships

The Borough of Roseland is appreciative of local and nearby businesses and industries for donating their time, services, resources, and product to make the Borough a better place and its events more fun and enjoyable to residents while keeping taxes low for all. The Borough would like to publicly acknowledge those who donated in some way towards services, programs, and events of the Borough and also provide information for those wanting to also contribute in some way. The Borough also wants to thank those who were a sponsor of our annual Borough calendar, and those sponsors are included in the list below.

How do I Become a Sponsor of the Annual Borough of Roseland Calendar?

If you are a Roseland business or Roseland based non-profit or are a business located in another municipality that shares a direct border with Roseland, you qualify to have an advertisement placed in the Borough's Community Calendar. The Borough of Roseland creates an annual printed calendar that will be mailed out to all mailing addresses in the Borough before the end of the year for use the following year. This calendar will feature information about Borough meetings, events, and other important dates.

Kindly mail or drop off the completed form (see below, and ensure it is up-to-date before filling it out) with enclosed check at Roseland Borough Hall (140 Eagle Rock Avenue) and email your horizontal ad (1.5” x 5”) in a .jpg, .pdf, or .png file to Public Information Officer Ryan Schwertfeger at rschwertfeger@roselandnj.org. The Borough will not be responsible for creating or spell checking any advertisements. Checks should be made out to “Borough of Roseland, NJ” with “20xx Calendar” on the Memo line.

Advertising slot priority will first be given to Roseland based non-profit organizations and Roseland businesses on a first come, first serve basis starting on September 5, 2023. Businesses in municipalities that border Roseland (East Hanover, Essex Fells, Livingston, West Caldwell, and West Orange) may also submit an advertising form starting on September 18, 2023. Checks and applications will NOT be accepted before this date. Advertising applications will not be accepted after October 9, 2023 for the 2024 Calendar. If additional advertising space is available, we will email all advertisers to inquire if they would like to purchase additional space. Additional advertising space will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

Upon receipt of your check, form, and emailed advertisement, you will be contacted to confirm receipt of all three items and also to ask if there are any questions regarding your advertisement. In the event that your preferred advertising space has been filled, we will contact you to inform you of other available advertising spaces, mail back your check within two weeks and inform you that advertising space was filled. We certainly hope you will apply to advertise next year!
