Remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole - November 11-12, 2022

The remnants of Tropical Storm Nicole are expected to impact Roseland starting in the afternoon on Friday, November 11 through the early to mid morning hours on Saturday, November 12. The current forecast is calling for showers to begin after noon with wind picking up as the day goes along. Winds could gust up to 25mph with a total accumulation of 1-2 inches of rain. On Saturday, showers will continue until approximately 9am with gusty conditions continuing throughout the remainder of the day. Gusts could reach as high as 35mph.

Residents are urged to ensure their gutters are cleared, storm drains are free of debris, and to make sure any light objects that could be picked up and blown away are put away or secured. There is a small chance the electricity could be lost due to the gusty conditions, though chances are fairly low.
