Partial Road Closures - Halloween 2022

Please be advised that the Roseland Police Department will be setting up PARTIAL CLOSURES of the following intersections on Halloween night from 6-10pm - Monday, October 31 - for the safety of children and their parents trick-or-treating in the area.
Residents will still be able to drive to their residence using extreme caution in these areas.
