Facility Use Permits
The Borough of Roseland grants outdoor facility permits to any person, group, associations or organization for the purpose of sports games, practices, picnics, parties or theatrical or entertainment performances, or any other activity that promotes recreational, educational or cultural opportunities for Roseland Residents.

The Borough of Roseland grants outdoor facility permits to any person, group, associations or organization for the purpose of sports games, practices, picnics, parties or theatrical or entertainment performances, or any other activity that promotes recreational, educational or cultural opportunities for Roseland Residents.
If you wish to use one of our outdoor or indoor facilities, you need to fill out our Facility Use Packet and receive a signed permit back. Permits are submitted to the Borough's Recreation Department.
Permits may be issued for Monday through Saturday form 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or dusk during weekdays. Sundays shall be limited to 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or dusk.
