NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE BOROUGH OF ROSELAND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., that the Roseland Borough Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on the Roseland Borough Master Plan Land Use Element Amendment, as prepared by Maser Consulting dated May 1, 2020. This notice is being published pursuant to N.J.S.A.40:55D-13.

The Planning Board will conduct a virtual Public Hearing by online video conference on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.  The public hearing will NOT be conducted in-person; all Planning Board Members and Board Professionals will participate in the virtual Public Hearing by online/virtual means via videoconference and/or telephonically. All interested members of the public wanting to view and/or participate in the virtual public hearing should NOT go to the municipal building on the evening of the hearing.

A full copy of the proposed Roseland Borough Master Plan Amendment Report will be posted on the Borough website http://www.roselandnj.org on file at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing date.  The report will also be available for inspection at the Office of the Borough Clerk, located at 140 Eagle Rock Avenue, Roseland, New Jersey, by appointment only.

At the time of the public hearing, any interested persons may appear and give comment/testimony. The Planning Board may take action on the Master Plan Amendment Report at the close of the public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2020 or continue the hearing to a date as may be scheduled by the Board.
