Foreclosure/Vacant Property Registration (VPR)

All properties/buildings where action has been taken by a creditor serving a notice of default and/or complaint in action to foreclose, shall register with the Borough of Roseland in accordance with the Code Section 11-2. Secondly, in accordance with the same section, as supported by N.J.P.L.2021, c.444, any building or structure that meet the description of a vacant, abandoned, or foreclosure property, as described in Section 11-2.7 and 11-2.8, shall pay the registration fee as described in the Ordinance and application.
