Roseland Summer Concert Series 2023 Has Platinum Sponsor

The Borough of Roseland, NJ wants to invite Borough and surrounding area businesses to consider being a sponsor of the Borough’s annual Summer Concert Series. Additionally, the Borough wants to publicly thank and acknowledge the Platinum Sponsor for this year’s 2023 Summer Concert Series – Mr. Thomas J. O’Beirne.

Mr. O’Beirne has been the Platinum Sponsor for many years and has enthusiastically supported the Concert Series, as he is almost always the first business to step forward and donate towards the Series. His donation each year is a major reason why the Borough can pull off the event without having to use taxpayer dollars to fund it.

Without the generosity of Thomas J. O’Beirne, our summer concert series would not be possible at no cost to our community,” said Roseland Mayor James R. Spango. “On behalf of the entire Roseland community, I cannot thank Tom, whom I have nicknamed “the most philanthropic person in Roseland, enough. Tom’s generosity to Roseland is not only monetary, but Tom is the first to roll back his sleeves and donate his time cleaning a park or operating a bucket loader to benefit our community.”

While the $10,000 Platinum Sponsor tier has now been taken, two $5,000 Diamond Sponsor slots are still open at this time, as well as many other tiered categories from the gold level down to being a Friend of the Borough.

The Borough of Roseland invites you to sponsor what is a much beloved Borough tradition – the annual Summer Concert Series. In 2022, the Borough hosted four concerts, had record turnouts of people coming to our shows, and experimented with numerous new additions, including having additional food vendors and even a vendor fair at one of the concerts. In 2023, we hope to continue this progress by hosting three or four concerts, ensuring we bring in a diverse set of musical acts for different generations to enjoy, and expanding our food options for concert goers.

The Borough feels that it is increasingly important to provide the community access to cultural arts activities and finding innovative means to provide that without raising taxes on hard working residents. Sponsorship by corporations, businesses, and local organizations like yourselves provide an opportunity for the Borough to work together with you and enable us to offer our residents these cultural programs while you are able to demonstrate your commitment and connection to the Roseland community.
