9. Borough Tax Appraiser
10. Bond Counsel
11. Borough Planner
12. Borough Planner for COAH Matters
13. Special Counsel for COAH Matters
14. Broker/Financial Advisor 457B Plan
15. Employee Benefits Broker/Consultant
16. Borough Water/Sewer Engineer

All specifications and other RFP information may be downloaded from the Borough’s website by registering at https://www.roselandnj.org/bids, may be picked up in person at 140 Eagle Rock Avenue, Roseland, NJ 07068, or by contacting the Clerk’s Office at (973)-403-6024 during regular business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Sealed qualification proposals will be received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Roseland up until Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 10:30 AM local prevailing time at which time qualifications will be opened and read in public. Qualifications will be reviewed and determination made thereafter by the Bough Council for the appointment, and/or award, of qualified candidates to serve in the respective capacity for the Borough of Roseland.
