Roseland Welcomes CSG Law

The Borough of Roseland, NJ welcomed CSG Law to the Roseland business community on Monday evening at their new headquarters at 105 Eisenhower Parkway.

Over 400 people were in attendance to congratulate Jeffrey Chiesa, Armen Shahinian, and Francis Giantomasi on the opening of their renovated, four-floor office building that was built with not just aesthetics in the mind, but also with employees at the forefront. A new lobby entrance was created, new furniture placed throughout, and many modern conveniences were installed; but yet in an effort to make sure all employees felt at home and welcomed, there are no corner offices, there are several kitchen spaces throughout the buildings, and access to conveniences and other office perks are located close by to make everyone comfortable.

CSG Law spent approximately $30 million dollars to renovate the office building containing over 100,000 square feet of space for their almost 200 lawyers and over 300 employees.

“In an economic climate where a there is a mass exodus from office parks due to employers offering a hybrid work from home schedule it is encouraging to have the largest NJ based law firm invest in Roseland and call it home for decades to come,” said Roseland Mayor James R. Spango. “Rateables such as this are integral to Roseland being able to keep our municipal taxes so increasingly low every year. In addition, to have a large firm move to the Borough also helps support our local businesses as more employees working in the Borough means more customers will frequent our shops and restaurants, supporting the local economy. We welcome CSG and thank them for becoming part of the Roseland community.”

Mayor Spango and Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo joined the firm partners in delivering opening remarks before cutting the giant red ribbon in the front of the office’s doors. Various other dignitaries also attended, including, but not limited to, Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura, former Governor Chris Christie, Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla, and State Senator Jon Bramnick.
