Partial Road Closures - Halloween 2023

Please be advised that the Roseland Police Department will be setting up PARTIAL CLOSURES of the following intersections and streets on Halloween night - Tuesday, October 31 - for the safety of children and their parents trick-or-treating in the area.
Residents will still be able to drive to their residence using extreme caution in these areas.

- Monroe & Plymouth
- Monroe & Mitchell
- Monroe & Gates
- Gates & Godfrey
- Godfrey & Mitchell
- Godfrey & Plymouth
- Godfrey & Roseland Place
- Lyons & Livingston Avenue
- Godfrey & Livingston Avenue
Adults and children walking around should be sure to have flashlights, reflectors, or brightly colored clothing so they can be easily seen by drivers and others passing by.
