Police Action in Roseland - August 3, 2023

The New Jersey State Police was tracking an actor driving a stolen vehicle westbound on 280 in Livingston.  The actor crashed his vehicle on the Exit 5 ramp on 280 in Livingston.  Due to efforts of the State Police and Roseland PD the actor was taken into custody without incident in that area.  We are thankful that no one was injured in this incident and commend and applaud the state police and Roseland PD for their proactive measures and subsequent apprehension.

There is no known threat to the safety of the public at this time.
