UPDATE - Thackeray Drive & Browing Court Pipe Installation - January 2022

UPDATE (1/26/22) : Please be advised that found utility conflicts have caused a delay in the project. Design adjustments have been made and (weather permitting), the pipe installation is scheduled to resume next week on the morning of Tuesday, February 2, 2022.

As previously stated, the pipe installation will be taking place on Thackeray Drive from the intersection of Browing Court, east to the roadway bend. The work is anticipated to take approximately three days. Saturday work is not currently scheduled. Homeowners may experience delays or limited access to and from their residences during this operation. Anyone who will be affected by this work is asked to please either be out of the block prior to 9:00 a.m. or to park your vehicle south of the work zone.

Every effort will be made to allow vehicles access through the work zone until 9:00 a.m. After that time the roadway may need to be closed to allow construction of the pipe across the roadway. The roadway will be reopened, allowing access every evening. ‘No Parking’ signs are to be posted along the roadway at least 24 hours prior to the start of the work. Vehicle(s) must be moved off the street on the dates indicated on the signs. If you will not be utilizing your vehicle(s) during construction, it is not necessary to remove it/them from your driveway, but please keep in mind that your access may be limited. Please keep in mind that inclement weather will delay construction.

Every effort will be made to ensure that inconveniences are minimal and all work will be completed as quickly as possible.
