Water & Sewer Billing

Water/Sewer bills are mailed out quarterly with payment due within 30 days of the billing date. If the bill is not paid within 30 days, interest will accrue back to the billing date. All bills include a flat $100 meter fee. Anything over the $100 is the fee for water usage.

The 1st Quarter bill measures usage from October through December and is due by February 15. The 2nd Quarter bill measures usage from January through March and is due by May 15. The 3rd Quarter bill measures usage from April through June and is due by August 15. The 4th Quarter bill measures usage from July through September and is due by November 15.

Please be advised that all owners whose water bills remain unpaid after the third consecutive quarter will be subject to having their water turned off at the curb stop and will also be subject to a $100 fee for turning on the water. Water shut off will not be conducted from November 15th through March 15th. If you are having difficulty paying your water/sewer bill, you are advised to call 2-1-1 or contact DCAid for possible assistance.
