2021 Youth Ski & Snowboard Program

Winter is coming - and that means the youth ski and snowboard program is back! For boys and girls grades 4-8, sign up and have a blast learning the sports of skiing and snowboarding to beginners and advanced skiers alike.

The program takes place at Shawnee Mountain Ski Area in Pennsylvania and bus transportation is provided from Roseland to Shawnee.

The program will occur on 5 twilight Sundays (excluding Jan. 17 – MLK Weekend & Feb. 14 – Presidents Weekend) from January 10 – February 21, 2021 from 1:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. (includes departure time to Shawnee and approximate arrival time to Roseland). For the February 7 trip, the session will go from 8am to 4:30pm due to the Super Bowl.

Please know that in order to participate, you must have a ski/snowboard helmet and you will not be allowed to board the bus and go on the trip without one.

Due to COVID-19, if a shutdown lasts 14 days or less, no refund will be issued and the Program Make-Up Dates will be worked out with the Program Leaders.  If a shutdown should last for more than 14 days; refunds of program fees will be considered and handled on a case by case basis with the Program Leaders and Purchasing Customers.

The Rental Options do not include a Helmet.

Registration closes on December 11, 2020. After that a wait list will be kept and participants will be added if space is available, based on roster size. Please note: A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed after December 4th. Register online through Community Pass. There will be a mantatory parent orientation via ZOOM at 6:30pm on Wednesday, December 16. You will receive ZOOM meeting information shortly after registration.
